Booking Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits: To secure your session or event date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified during the booking process.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your scheduled session or as outlined in your service agreement.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Client Cancellations:

    • If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible by email or phone.

    • Cancellations made more than [X] days before the scheduled session may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

    • Cancellations made within [X] days of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

  • Rescheduling:

    • We understand that plans may change. You may request to reschedule your session with at least [X] days’ notice at no additional charge, subject to our availability.

    • Requests made with less than [X] days’ notice may result in a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No-Shows:

    • If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide prior notice, all payments made will be forfeited.

  • If MOL Productions must cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at no additional cost.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of all payments made (including the deposit) will be issued.

Refunds for Delivered Services

  • All payments for photography sessions, digital images, prints, or creative services are non-refundable once the services have been delivered or products have been provided.

  • If you have concerns about the quality of delivered images or products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to address your concerns.
